I was selling a flat with Kendrick's. Dan and Paul were extremely helpful, professional and most important for us proactive. Always happy to answer all our questions, and going this extra mile to chase all parties involved. I would highly recommend the company if you are thinking of selling your property.

How telling that Kendricks tend to get 4-5 star reviews as an estate agent and 1-2 star reviews as a letting agent. The staff who work on the lettings side are rude, and have no concept of customer service. I note in response to another review, the reviewer has been informed to contact the office to talk through concerns. What would be the point when it's the lack of customer service and staff surliness that will have caused the low review in the first place? They don't even have a complaints procedure and their standard refrain is "If you don't like it. move out." Kendricks have been notorious in this city for years and nothing changes. They are the Van Hoogstraten of letting agents.

If they would be more stars, i would give them more. Highly reccomend, i rent a flat in december with them, i m more than happy with my choice. Emily was lovely, very helpful and professional. Another thumbs up for them because they fix your queries straightaway, i had some little issues with them answered and fixed it very quicly. Thank you, Emily Wardle, because of you i now have a home, not a house.

Kendricks are a shocking service to rent with if you are a student. They appear disinterested and they treat you as though you are an inconvenience. One instance is when a heavy metal plate fell out of our fireplace and they instructed us to wedge it back up the chimney ourselves. This resulted in the metal plate falling back out shortly after straight onto my fingers! Also when you enter their site they don't acknowledge you have arrived and you have to physically walk up to someone at their desk and wave in their face for attention. Will NEVER recommend Kendricks to anyone.

We couldn't be happier with our experience buying our first home through Kendricks. Dan was an absolute superstar, doing all the chasing and organizing needed to keep the move moving. With what could have been a stressful expehe Kendricks team did everything they could to make it as quick and painless as possible, and Dan in particular was so lovely and reassuring throughout. Super friendly throughout, incredibly helpful and a great agent - thank you so much for everything!

Dan and Paul have been absolute superstar in the recent selling of our property and also in the selling of our previous property some years ago. We have valued their integrity, honesty, great communication, expertise and professionalism through our tricky 10 month sale process, and they are just all round really nice guys to do business with! We couldnt sing their praises highly enough. It's not often you find these qualities in an estate agency...Kendricks has nailed it!

Kendrick were fantastic from start to finish. Special shout out to Dan Milligan who was brilliant at driving the process through and engaging all parts of the chain when we needed decisions made. He was proactive, always available with calming words and knowledge and I could not recommend him and them enough!

Would not recommend renting from this agency. It's a shame that they seem to only care about the sales side of the business and are yet another agency who takes advantage of students....avoid!!! They're slow to respond to maintenance issues and you can expect to be spoken to with a side of contempt and passive aggressiveness. Zero customer service because they don't care! Contractors (the landlord's mates) let themselves into the house a couple of times without Kendricks informing us beforehand. We had no working washing machine for weeks, cold showers for MONTHS then no hot water from the taps for MONTHS at the end of the tenancy. The house was dirty when we moved in - we left it in far better condition but they still tried to charge us £440 to bring the standard up to a 'professional' level - hope they did a better job this time around!!
