We've recently sold and purchased through Jacobs Steel and they have been absolutely terrific. We've been dealing with Jake who's super friendly, professional and managing to get us the house of our dreams while also selling ours super quickly to a price we were happy with. Straight talking and honest, I have always felt at peace of mind and know that my sale/purchase was being looked after, even when it's been more difficult times in the process. Everyone in the office is always super nice and seem to be up to date with the case even though they're not directly dealing with it. Highly recommend and will definitely be using again if we ever move again.

Buying and selling property could never be described as straightforward but even by those standards, our experience was a hideous nightmare. That said, thank goodness for Juliet. She was singularly a beacon of hope and guided us through the process so professionally. She worked so hard for us and utterly supported us through the darkest of days. She was always the 1st to contact us with updates. Even going so far to do most of the work our estate agents should have been doing for us. Never has a person be more deserving of their commission! I know estate agents get a tough rap sometimes but Juliet could not be further from that stereotype. She is helpful, straight talking, honest, diligent, knowledgeable and thorough. I'm in no doubt that our sale/purchase would never of happened without her. If your considering using an estate agent, shes the one. Just can't recommend highly enough.

Originally, I had Jacob Steel round to provide a valuation and was already on with another agent. The other agent was friendly, professional but moving to Jacob Steel and in particular to Dom, the agent, was a superb move with hindsight. From the off, his level of communication was superb and he sold the property as opposed to just showing it. All the way through to completion, he displayed high levels of courtesy and professionalism to both me and the buyer and I cannot recommend him enough.
