Parks Letting brighton

I am currently looking for a new property to rent in Brighton and have found Parks to be the best agency. The best thing is that they don't do shared viewings so you get enough time in a property without feeling pressured. I met Guy at a viewing who was friendly and knowledgeable. I have also had correspondence with Chris in the Brighton office. They have both proved to be very helpful and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new rental property.

During our search for a 2 bed flat in Brighton to rent, we had Amy show us around a property. She was very informative and extremely personable which made it an even better experience and an even tougher decision to say that it wasn't right for us. We cannot fault Parks at all, they keep their flats in a beautiful condition, have really friendly staff and are great at follow-up. They are also really open to feedback. We would have loved to go through Parks but sadly they just didn't have the right property for us at the time. We would however, highly recommend them, and if at any stage we look to move on again, they will certainly be our first port of call.

Great agency, great agent. Moved into my flat in a matter of days , with no issues. On collecting the Keys Guy made everything as easy as possible and spent the time needed to make sure that i was happy with everything. Easy from start to finish, 5 stars!!

Recently took out a least with Parks, the entire team was incredibly helpful and all paperwork was completed very rapidly. Tom was excellent and couldn't have been more helpful!

I had troubles with the water when I moved in. There was not enough hot water for a shower and no pressure so I couldn’t even wash my hair. My fridge had no freezer door. It was a bit upsetting. Parks Lettings opened an investigation and quickly and effectively resolved the issues. Would recommend.
