Incredibly rude and unhelpful! Very patronising to tenants, late to reply to emails and will say something and then go against it a couple of weeks later. Just had a very aggressive phone call with them and I feel intimidated and now trapped in my contract.

I had personal dealings with James Duffy at Callaways who was a breath of fresh air in terms of my initial perception of Estate Agents generally. James was personable, understanding and tenacious in his manner, whilst helping me with a difficult and complex tenancy issue. His advice and patience really helped me find a quick and sensible solution which other agents couldn't afford and I cannot thank him enough. It was evident from the beginning James had excellent knowledge and professionalism. I would highly recommend him along with his team to no end.
