On the whole I have received a good experience with Property Moves. Jill Brewster is one of the best property managers I have dealt with. I've been in the same property for over six years now and Jill has always been quick to sort any issue I have in a prompt and professional manner so she definitely deserves to be number one imo! :) Xx

Used them to find a rental in Hove. It couldn't have been done quicker. I put a holding deposit down and the flat was mine :) Shelby Hardy was so efficient and great at getting everything sorted, it was a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking at property in the area.

Very glad for our agent Matthew as well, that has been very nice and precise throughout. He arranged viewings for all three of us, even last minute to suit our busy schedule better rather than his. And from there when Shelby took over, she has been so helpful and incredibly friendly throughout the process. Their communication was always prompt and friendly, and they dealt with all our questions and queries with ease. She ran me through the process after this point with extra detail, leaving me no doubts or questions unanswered at any point and she was always available at all times to answer any further questions no matter how obvious it might have been. Being from a Property background, dealing with Property Moves has been a breath of fresh air. The services that they provide are of a high quality and great communication which is what is key in dealing with peoples investments! We feel safe knowing that our property is being managed correctly. It has been nearly 25 years! Jill has been a fantastic point of contact and we have full trust in what she does. We have had Property Moves looking after our rental property since 2002. Throughout the entire time they have provided a first class service. They have found great tenants and have managed the property effectively. We live overseas and knowing that we have an agent we can trust, who know us and whom we know has made all the difference. Communicating with Caroline it took a very long time to arrange for a maintenance issue to be fixed (a serious one as well that posed a threat to our health) and it felt that I was a very low priority for the agency BUT after being put in contact with Jill via the emergency email address she got it sorted promptly despite the office being closed. I was disappointed with the way the issue was handled originally but in the end Jill did go out of her way to get it resolved for me before Christmas so I'm grateful for that!

Property Moves have been the best property management company since we began our journey as landlords 7 years ago. They have provided us with an incredible service over the years and particularly over the COVID-19 crisis. We feel confident that they approach our tenants with the same professionalism and human touch. Special shout out to Jill who has been so amazing in supporting us as overseas landlords, nothing is ever too much and she is super efficient! These guys know how to run a good business.
