Louise was fantastic - responsive, cheerful, creative (!) and really went the extra mile to bring this transaction off. I would happily recommend the services of her and her team.

Our experience as a first time tenant of Brices was awful. It's hard to separate the landlord from the letting agency but since our landlord has used the firm for many years and continues to do so, Brices is complicit in allowing the landlord's bad behavior and heavy handed, one sided contract and omissions of important details about the home (such as keeping the master bedroom locked for the landlord's personal storage). Save yourself the heartache and avoid this firm and hopefully you'll avoid the landlord, too. (For the record, we received every penny of our deposit back and have been applauded by Brices for treating the property so well. We raised our concerns with Brices directly from the early days of our tenancy but they were not taken seriously or addressed fairly. It's only after we've received our deposit back that I feel I can speak out - all tenants can understand our predicament.)

We trusted our home with Alex and Louise to let whilst we travelled abroad. They were very friendly and extremely professional and were in constant contact with us regarding prospective tenants and viewings. When we decided after 2 years to sell our property they promoted our property in an extremely truthful and professional manner. First class company and a great team. Thank you

Initially my wife and I used Brices to manage our flat. Jason did a grand job finding tenants quickly and making sure everyone's needs were met (ours and the tenants). Jason was competent, friendly and always a pleasure to speak with. When we decided to sell the flat, Alex looked after the viewings and sale process. Again, professionalism and humour were prevalent part of our interaction. The flat was on the market for longer than we expected, but Brices never let it slide to the back. They continued to cleverly market the property until an interested buyer was found and the sale completed. Thank you Louise for putting together such a strong team.
