We went there to open a bank account trying to make a appointment for 4 pm but my girlfriend been told is too late 4pm even if they are open for another hour so we make another appointment bit a earlier for following week when we arrived they wanted also prove of address from me even if I went there as a interpreter and we wasn’t told this before so over all so unprofessional staff and she was also rude and conceited. I’m talking about women with brown long hair mid age bit a oversize. We went to Lloyd’s and staff there was so amazing and helpful please be aware and make a sure if this is a bank with who you wanna banking.

My family and business have been customers of TSB for 35 years, and their Brighton branch staff were exemplary. However, now our only Brighton branch is closed due to flooding, with no indication at all as to when it will re-open. My nearest branch is now a 43 MILE ROUND TRIP JOURNEY AWAY instead of the old 300 yards. This is shameful!!
