AWFUL BANK NEVER USE THEY GIVE YOU CREDIT FACILITIES WITH 0% INTEREST FREE FOR 3 YEARS. Also purchases 0% interest free for 3 months. THE CATCH if you use purchases, you have to pay the 3 year interest free balance off first, before they start deducting the purchase balance. I have spoken with 16 representatives of HCBC, all in India. All given different responses. They can’t even tell me the purchase balance to clear to prevent interest charges. I have raised 2 complaints, spend 30+ hours on the phone, yet no further forward and no responses. AWFUL BANK, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Wont let you book an appointment then ask you to return because they failed to do the job properly the first time. Then the second time they couldnt help because they were ‘going on a break’ not sure why anyone would bank here.

Absolutely appalling how bad HSBC has got. No business services now available from the branch and very shortly no staff available at all. As bank is going automated only. Now this wouldn't be so bad if HSBC actually answered their phone lines. But they don't, Absolutely rubbish zero customer service. Do yourself a favour don't even THINK of opening an account with HSBC and if you have one transfer it to another bank. Displayed almost proudly in their branch is their customer rating.. they are now bottom in all rankings.
