Three lockers in changing room got broken into. Management delayed reporting it to police and did not carry out thorough investigations. When we questioned them about how they conducted the investigation, they were put on the back foot and were left red faced. They lied by saying that it was the first time such an incident had occurred only to find out later that it wasn't the case at all. The impression we got was that they'd rather brush the security issues under the carpet than spend the additional money on upgrading their security. They have now lost 4 customers as a result. Advice is, only take what you need even if you are putting items in a locker. Do not leave cash in there! There are blind spots in that GYM that allow opportunists to go in and help themselves. And when something does go missing, make sure you ask the GYM for a Police Ref number rather than just relying on the advice from them that they have reported it to the police. Whist there are signs around the GYM advising customers that they are responsible for their own belongings, for the amount of money we all paid them monthly, I would have expected a higher degree of security and some decent lockers!

Have been going to the Roller Skating for several months and usually really enjoy it but tonight they had the worst DJ I have ever come across. Not only was the music not appropriate for skating but the idiot kept changing direction after nearly each song and announced the speed skate as it started so beginners did not have time to get off the floor. Hope he was just a one week full in. Also I saw several people make requests for songs and he refused them all, as obviously pre recorded the set and was not able to alter it. Very lazy.
