Very disappointed. I placed an order in the morning for number plate and was told it will be with me in 5 minutes. NO questions or any requirements asked from me. Its next day, our vehicle going for MOT and number plate not even made yet and worst thing our order was not even on their system! 24 hrs gone, no phone call asking me or telling me that some documentation is required...nothing.

No service to general public. It is unexceptable that vehicles are being prevented from being repaired, making them unsafe.
