Not only is my new to me (2 years old) golf beautiful to drive, but I felt I got a good deal too. Abby wasn't pushy at all, and was accommodating and easy going. The thing that's clinched my respect is the after-sales service. Such a refreshing change from my last car manufacturer, even with a new car.

Recommend using this dealership for any enquiries you have to do with the purchase of a new or used vehicle. Joe Hansell was the sales representative which I negotiated with and granted me access to the e-golf I was interested in for a 24hr test drive! Was not expecting this and really allowed me to feel out the car and take things at my own speed rather than being rushed and pressured in a short test drive. Picked up the car with a full charge and dropped back the next day to another sales person, Alex, as Joe was not working that day. Smug sales team using well outdated sales methods. Was seriously looking to buy a new car but never from there. Went to BMW over the road and had a far better experience. This is the price, now what would you like it to be? Come on VW, really?

Buying a new car was made a simple and no hard sell experience

We went along to the showroom today to find out more about what motability cars they had on offer. We were greeted by a rude woman at reception who said there were no sales reps available to speak to us and looked down her nose at us. She didn't offer us a seat to wait or give us the option to book an appointment to speak about the cars on offer. She looked like she just wanted us out of the showroom. It put us off so we won't be going back.

Viewed a car online, received a personalised video viewing, paid £500 deposit. More than 24 hours later informed car sold to someone else. How did this happen?? Advised payment refunded straight away, but still waiting. Took payment immediately but cannot refund at the same speed. Shameful.
