I recently relocated to the area and was recommended by a friend that Grants Garage is a HONEST and RELIABLE garage to go to who offer stellar services and they were right! Not only did I receive an outstanding service but they also went above and beyond. I took my car in for a diagnostic report to find out what was wrong with it. Once this was done I was informed that they needed to flush out the old engine oil, have an oil change and replace both oil pressure switches which hopefully would do the trick to fix the problem. This was not a grantee fix but with their experience and knowledge they recommended to do this first as they didn’t believe it was an internal issue as the engine sounded fine. While GG was in the process of repairing this I also asked them to quote a few things, one of them was a scratch on my car. When I collected my car, not only was my car fixed but the scratch on the car that I asked to be quoted had been removed by 90%. I was really impressed by this customer service that rarely exist nowadays and on top of that they didn’t even charge me for the repair to the scratch. The initial quote I got was later reduced also proving how honest they are! With this customer loyalty they will continue to have my business! I could immediately notice the difference to the performance of the car once driving it back home. I highly recommend this family run garage service!

This is a great garage. Friendly (very important when you're a female car owner), they keep you informed of prices and progress and take the initiative to make sure you are making realistic choices. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Came and jump started my car on the same day I called them. The guy was super friendly and got me up & running in 5 minutes

Very nice to my wife, went to fix a fan. Fixed it, it then I mmediately broke, then charged her to fix it again. It then broke. Took it in again, replaced the same part and then found it was something else, which they charged her for. I then asked them to run a diagnostic on an light that was on. They said they had, but they lied to me. I took it to VW who said no diagnostic had been done. They seem to know what to say to get extra work, and seem nice to get extra work. Avoid.

HIGHLY recommended good old fashioned honest staff. They do what that say they gonna do and do it well.

The staff at Grants Garage were nothing less than amazing. After a complete flat battery on a Porsche Boxster S the bonnet release needed power from jump leads to unlock it to gain access to the battery. However it didn’t work on this occasion and we couldn’t get it open. There was also a problem with the release cable as it wasn’t releasing neither was the emergency pull cable. A nightmare as everything we tried just set the alarm off. So we rang Grants Garage and they arranged to get it recovered and had it fixed within hours replacing the broken parts and fitted a new battery. Great value and professional service by a family run business.

Excellent garage well manned decent job defently recommend

Our starter motor died the morning we were supposed to be going on holiday. Grants was extremely busy but squeezed us in anyway and had it fixed in less than three hours. Brilliant service.
