Shambles, Went in to get Fifa 20 at midnight Thursday night, was in the Q for no longer than 10 mins until I was told by the lady at the only counter open that they had ran out of Fifa 20 ps4 copys and that they they didn't know if they had anymore in (they only had 50 copies at the till she mentioned). the other older lady who was helping her out by passing her over the game that was about a metre away from the cashier . she also had no clue what was going on, an the younger male who was also tying to help find the games was as helpful as a fish out of water. after already looking for the game he came back to tell us he could not find any but will go and look again, the slowest walk ever he took he sweet time walking up to the room at the back like he was the big boss man, but he wasn't. This stage iv'e been in the q for 40 mins. FINALLY what looks like a real manager comes over and he's not looking happy because it's now 12:40 and he knows that everyone has normally got the game by now, but there are still atlas 20 of us in the Q waiting. So he goes of and looks for them and comes back with more copies 5 mins later. The manager at the time should't have had to do this but he was let down by the 3 idiots in charge of selling the game at midnight. none of them knew what they where doing. Iv'e been coming to this Tesco for the last 4 years at least at midnight to get Fifa when it comes out and iv'e never had this problem before which was a shame because I love spending a whole hour waiting in Tesco to buy a game. heads up for next time. have someone who knows what they are doing in charge of selling the game at midnight. But would like to thank the older manager that came over and sorted everything out. top man.

Never buy fish from the fish counter .Or you will find hair in your fish bag

Fuming !!! Some blonde lady who was on the till by the self check out was so rude and you could tell she hates her job! We had 3 different shopping (as there is 3 of us there) and we also had our son with us which one of us were holding and we told her we want it through separately so before we could even get to the other end of the till to pack as we asked for a bag she literally scanned everything through and was piling it all up so we quickly rushed to pack it and we still had loads of shopping that we didn’t manage to pack and she asked for us to pay so we paid before even finishing the pack for her to then start putting the next lot of shopping through so we now had two lots of shopping to pack and she then asked for payment again so we stopped packing to pay and as soon as we’re trying to catch up with packing she then already puts the 3rd lot of shopping through pushing it all down and asks for payment again THEN !!! She makes us pick everything up and pack away from the till as she wanted to put someone else’s shopping through !!!!!! I’m so so angry with how we got treated. Never been treated so poorly before.

i brought 7 slice of fillet fish of bream it was so salty it has been soaked in salt no matter how i try to cook it in so many ways it work had to bin it

Amazing today. No car park queuing, everything fresh & dates covering beyond Christmas, no queuing at the till. Top marks for making my Christmas food shopping stress free

I shop every week at Tesco & staff always very polite & helpful. Good range of produce & great clubcard prices. Store always clean & well stocked when I visit early in the morning

Can't give Tescos a rating because I got refused entry being with my better half . Just like a bouncer at a night club big and thick . I was meant to shop for an elderly neighbour . Found Sainsbury's much more accommodating .

Larger store than durrington and tends to have a bigger selection. Groceries, books, cards, electronics and clothing are all available here. There is also the pharmacy. Parking is free and the car park is quite large, so there tends to be no problem parking.

Very good shop.Wide choice items and staff helpful.If you ask where an item is in store they offer to take you there.I tend to go early 730 am to 8am approx.My only issue is the loud music which quite frankly does your head in and can’t concentrate.Is it on for the staffs benefit.Of course we can’t all have the same taste in music.Quite a few older people there at that time.It is a b——-.row.Could the volume be lowered or have something less intrusive to brain function.thanks
