Iceland Foods brighton

I always check out Iceland for specials together with half a dozen other everyday shops. There's always a few favourite things and they have as good environmental credentials as any other major outlet and better than most. McVities large ginger cake £1 this week and for the last few months. Great value. Plus other bits.

Good value for money meals and well stocked shelves. Staff are always around to help if needed and assist with any questions. A very good quality shop to get all your frozen foods.

I really get annoyed when they call you over to another till to cut down the cue then when you go they close the till. There are some lovely ppl working in there but they weren't there today.

Great for deliveries BUT I must say the packer needs to use less carrier bags! I had TWELVE bags today for £40 of shopping. Could have been in four bags - some of the bags today had ONE ITEM in! Ridiculously wasteful. Brighton, London Road branch.

Gone downhill staff need to be trained better to listen to what customer's say

literally atrocious only one till open and queue was halfway down the shop. i know the geeza at the till has probably been told to make terrible conversation with everyone but maybe cut down on that when you have a queue of 10+ people to serve x

Wish they did home delivery but a pretty nice selection

Bought nice sausages for barbecue. The friendly guy at the till let me bring in my bike and the palette of wood which I had used to grill them.
