Clean, tidy, functional. Electric heater quaint. Breakfast was hearty and decent. Croissants were fresh. Coffee very good. English breakfast hit the spot.Felt like upmarket student accommodation. Great location in town. If you want something romantic, better up your budget.

The worst hotel I have been too first we could not find the place as very small sign the hotel receptionist made us fill in the tablet denying our details previosly sent to her (chinese I think) access is by ringing the push button she made us stay outside for 6 minutes there where carpet layers in reception it was so badly organised we wrote the experience off and went home not staying. road works every where even on roads that had No Entry

Overall, expensive for what you get. Nice and friendly staff, and clean place. Good location, 5 minutes from the British Airways i360, and over 15 to the pier. The room was small, no A/C and 2 tiny windows at over 2m height! At least they left a fan... Breakfast was poor, just a few low quality items. Parking was a nightmare. Just head straight to Regency Square Car Park and spend your savings there

You got to have really low standards giving this place high rates. Just walking from door to the bed our feets get dark of dirts. No slippers, no toothbrush, no toothpaste. On the second day we requested housekeeping. Only bed was made and new towel were placed there. Nothing were refilled. Cups and spoons were left there dirty. Only good things about this place would be location and staff. Good location and friendly and polite staff.

Stayed only a night but It was good, for the price you pay it’s a great deal. Very clean and staff very helpful. We were able to leave our bags with them the day we were leaving so we could have a look around the city with the bags with us. Would definitely come back.

Location is perfect, only 1 Street away from the seafront. Staff very friendly and very helpful, let us leave our suitcase there when we arrived early and let us leave it there when we wanted to spend a bit more time in Brighton before going back. Rooms very nice and comfortable. Breakfast nice range to choose from as well. Only negative was that the shower temperature would fluctuate from hot to cold briefly but that's only a little inconvenience. Overall a great stay.
