Stayed here for BrightonSEO for a 1 night mid-week stay. Really nice find and much better than the other BnB's on the road that I've stayed in previously. A friendly welcome, and a comfy, warm and quiet bedroom. Breakfast was included in the price and was pleasantly surprised at a very tasty English breakfast, plus there's a wide variety of fruit, toast and cereals to choose from. Parking around that area of Brighton is very limited but if you can bag a space then the owners can give you a parking voucher for 24 hours. Highly recommended!

Absolutely great! Great location, beautifully done, clean, comfy bed, fab breakfast & wonderful hosts. Definitely recommend and will happily book again.......and loved the chocolate tin :)

Very nice place, clean good food great service

Loved every minute of our stay! The hotel is really close to the beach and is walking distance to all the shops & restaurants. The bedroom was big and spacious and the shower room was a good size too. Breakfast were amazing with plenty of choices. Grateful for Richard who was very helpful all throughout our stay. We also managed to park right outside the hotel and we were provided with parking vouchers.

Me and my partner stayed two nights in the luxury room with whirlpool bath and small private garden adjacent to our room. The room was very clean, modern and extremely comfortable. The small extras like the fridge and coffee machine , chocolates and fresh milk and more was a real treat. The breakfast was really good and the service was spot on. The hosts were lovely and helpful . We had no issues with any noise at night. Altogether a great stay in an lovely BnB in an ideal location for visiting Brighton. Will definitely return ! 10/10

This place is amazing, clean and tidy. The owners are brilliant they cannot do enough for you. The breakfast is top notch and at a reasonable time, so no rushing to get down to breakfast. The location is perfect the pier is literally 5 min walk, the nearest restaurant is less than 1 minute away a lovely little Italian which was recommended by the Owners and a perfect place it is too. Our room no.8 on their website was spacious, clean tidy and all the amenities you need in a room for the weekend including a fridge which was stocked up with items before we arrived.

Great little spot in the heart of Brighton. We were well looked after and had a lovely breakfast too. Would recommend using the ear plugs they supply before going to sleep as we were woken up by Gulls in the morning but the plugs worked a treat after that. Would stay again!

Very clean, lovely sized room and breakfast was very good.. nothing was a problem. Also location is very good.!
