Location was great. Value for money was great. Our friends had a great room and if we had had that one perhaps I would have given 5 stars! Hotel in general a bit tired but clean, and staff were amazing! Bed was comfy, but shower was small and bathroom cold as no heating in there, nor a blind. Only one bedside cabinet and tiny TV. However, we had a great time for the couple of nights there. Managed to park outside hotel with a daily permit provided by the hotel for £7 a day - which was an added bonus!

Really nice hotel! Huge spacious room which was spotless and well heated. Bed was super comfy, large bathroom with a shower bath. Shower has a door not a curtain which is how it should be. Large wash basin with lit mirror is always appreciated. Staff were friendly and happy to help with anything I needed. Honestly cant fault this place, well worth the money!

Slightly weird in that it doesn't do food, even breakfast. It's perfectly comfortable otherwise.

Disgusting customer service..booked before lockdown in 2020 and had to subsequently cancel due to covid.. no refund given..taken to high court and no contact made so have lost £800 for the bookings and high court bailiffs costs totally lost due to the owners complete lack of decency!!.. Not the first to lose money and not that last!!!

No consideration for customer Health & Safety. I would avoid at all costs from booking a hotel room from this hotel in the future. They don't have the customers health and safety at heart. For such a large booking (stag do) you would have thought consideration would have been taken regarding the number of household placed in one room. Queries have been made directly to the hotel informing them of the situation and amount of households that will be staying in one room, for then to reply in such word "that's not our problem". We have asked to move our booking instead of having a refund but they are not willing to budge or accomadate our needs to help keep everyone safe as they would rather make a quick buck. Terrible customer service.
