Excellent service and friendly staff, lovely welcome from Carl made you feel at home. Room clean, tidy and warm. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was good and fresh. Good location for the Brighton Centre (5 min walk) train station only 15min walk so good location for us. Thanks we will definitely be returning

Amaizing, Welcome, such a Lovely Bed & Breakfast, so handy for Conference/ Visitors.. The staff are so very Friendly, nothing is too much trouble..The rooms are very clean, spacious/ Shower facilitation with all amenities.. Totally returning year after Year, throughly recommend Brighton House.

Perfect place to stay, I definitely recommend and I will go back, I stay for my bday and I was to one of the room right at the top! Lots of stairs...I managed..thank you to "the cat"!

A lovely little b&b close to the sea, but away from the noise. A calm and chilled atmosphere inside, we received a very friendly and warm welcome from Carl. The breakfast in the morning is really nice - great selection from pastries, toast, fruit and cured meats. I stayed with my husband for our first wedding anniversary, will certainly come again when we are visiting Brighton!

Positives: Great location, room was clean, check in and out super simple. Friendly staff. Negatives: room was cold (because the owner forgot to turn the heating on until 5pm), overpriced for being classified as a 4 star (we paid £220 per night), shower was in the bath tub and difficult to control (hot was extremely hot, cold was freezing) and you had to hold the shower head up.
