Their double bedroom are clean and comfy. The staff are friendly. They also sell nice but not too expensive meals (cost between £10-£12). There's a £6 charge for room service (or you can collect yourself).

The location appears to be fantastic but then when it’s time for bed the incredibly loud night club kicks in and it is literally impossible to get any sleep. I had an excellent apartment on the third floor all to myself but it was vibrating until 4 am. The entire apartment was shaking. I went to Brighton for a break and to relax but the noise from the club made that very hard to do. The hotel is nice. Lovely staff and as I said great location but I’ll never stay there again. No sleep. Loud club.

We stayed in the apartments across the little road from the main hotel. We had quite a small room with chest of drawers, wardrobe, dining table, bathroom and equipped kitchen. Kitchen had kettle, toaster, mini stove, washing machine and cupboard essentials like plates, pans and cutlery. The main downside was lack of view from the windows. If you opened the stiff windows then you were looking out into what can only be described as an emergency exit of some form. It didn't feel very safe. Metal stairs and other windows with pigeons and seagulls perched on top which made a racket and made it difficult to sleep. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night which was apparently triggered by someone smoking in the adjacent sister apartments. The main hotel was nice. Really good restaurant serving great food and drinks and the fitness centre and pool were an added bonus and well equipped. We will return but definitely will not be staying in the apartments.

We arrived, hotel looked good from outside and in reception. We left our luggage and came back just gone 3pm for our room. We walked down the hall to the lift, all we could smell was chlorine. We got to the room and there was a HUGE gap under the door I could fit my entire foot under. The bathroom was falling apart and the walls were very thin. If other doors were shutting nearby or above the whole bed would shake, this kept us up all night. The windows were filthy and it was so noisy from outside and from the hotel it sounded like the windows were open. When I phoned reception to see about swapping rooms I was left on hold for 25 minutes. I then ended the call and called back to reception and somebody else picked up, I asked to speak with the person I was conversing with and he told me that she had finished her shift and left to go home while I was on hold. I booked through booking.com and paid a total not rately and I did not receive a full refund after being told I would. I would NOT recommend staying here.

5/ 5

After previously staying at Queens Hotel, we made a group booking for ourselves, family and friends who were travelling to our wedding in Brighton. From day 1 John in reservations was super helpful and made us feel totally at ease. Leading up to our stay we were in touch with John throughout who promptly replied to any question, queries or changes-not easy during lockdown. Our stay itself was nothing short of marvellous. John was there to greet us and made sure our Tower Suite was in tip top order for our stay, complete with fresh fruit platter, slippers and chocolates. The view for Tower Suite 3 is just breathtaking. The outstanding service continued throughout our stay-special mentions to Zoe in bar and restaurant who was an absolute joy-balancing friendly and attentive without becoming over familiar or overbearing. Christian in reception was also just lovely. Breakfast was great value for money, really fresh produce and done safely. Great range in bar too. Thank you Queens team for being such a key part of our wedding, we can't wait to return.

We stayed in T1 suite and it was lovely. Great seafront views, air conditioning, huge bed and massive bathroom with jet bath. Excellent location! Some parts could do with a lick of paint/modernising but that’s the same with most places. We used the pool which was lovely although i recommend taking your own towel as the ones they give you are basically hand towels! Breakfast was great, a selection of cooked breakfast, cereal, pastries and fruit. Staff all very friendly and polite, especially the man on reception who booked us in. We would definitely recommend and stay here again :)
