Worst pharmacy ever. Go in and wait five minutes for someone to serve you, even though pharmacist behind counter can see you waiting. Their repeat prescription service is a joke, multiple times after I have requested it in writing, they say the doctor hasn't done it, each and every time turns out they haven't submitted the request to my GP.the pharmacist sounds like a recorded customer service message, almost robotic and vacuous in his responses. If I could give zero stars I would, there are lots of pharmacys around pick a better one like kamsons on the Broadway, who are always spot on. And avoid this one, unless you like multiple mistakes, waiting g excessive time and a patronising attitude . found out the pharmacist lied to my face! Telling me the problem with my repeat prescription had been rectified, when I checked at GPS they had no knowledge of this and I had to do it with them. Luckily the receptionist at the wellsbourne surgery is excellent,efficient and helpful.

Today I went down to pick my mum stuff up like I always do when they are ready as she can't get out I spoke to the lady first telling her who I'm here for she was very nice like always then a man who Iv never seen before comes around with the stuff as he wanted me to tick I done the ones I do normally and then he turns around to me and goes your not aloud to tick them only one!! The person in front off me ticked 3! Why is it different with me may I ask so after that I was like right okay then he started questioning me about the ones I ticked! And looking at me like I don't know anything I do this ever time I come down for my mum in front off everyone talking about my mum which I thought was really embarrassing for me and my mum knowing people are listening to this so I got the stuff and left he was very rude the way he was saying things to me and looking at me like I was a child no thank you!!

Good service polite workers and they sort your stuff out quickly and nice politely spoken workers

All new staff in there now, find them to be polite and service is quick

I just want to share my thanks to the lovely and amazing team at Lloyds pharmacy. A huge thank you to Marcus especially so helpful and welcoming at a tough time a breath of fresh air x
