Never had a problem with boots st James street always polite. It’s the other boots on St. George’s road that are rude and incompetent never having medication ontime and missing out vital medication.

These people who work in Boots are literally the Salt of the Earth. From their security guard through all the staff and finishing with the pharmacist.
