Friendly, but the only person that can handle any post office duties is only there 50% of the time!

Friendly, but the only person that can handle any post office duties is only there 50% of the time! Forever being told they have "popped to the cash and carry, back in half an hour". Useless when you're trying to post things on your lunch hour.
