24/7 is the biggest advantage, and being closer to Brighton road is another. Reasonable seating with enough number of tables for the kids to play. Ordering through touch display really helped me ordering me on my own time, but quick. My kid's favourite, as he achieved his top scores in few games there .. he he .. Usually busy, given the location. Drive-in option definitely adds more advantages.

Slow service in drive through, always asking me to wait in the car park for my meal, the food passes through my system quicker than they can serve my food.

Having used this McDonald's it's the worst I have come across anywhere in Europe. Seems they struggle to get the concept of fast food. 9 out of 10 times having to park up and wait. Useless

Good service and only a couple of times had cold chips given. Only complaint is that the drive through is so unpredictable and can get way to busy tailing back, had to abort plans a few times. Not their fault and not sure how they'd fix it though - perhaps a future consideration for new sites?

They are so dumb, i ordered more tonight like 2 large fries a festive chicken large 2 share box cheese melt and they didn't offer at least one sauce but apart from that i ordered another 3 sour cream sauce 0.20 p, they didn't put it in the bag, i ordered happy meal, they offered me just the drink. I paid with cash and i received the wrong change at the drive thru and she said can't open that back to offer me the right change. 1 star it's actually to much for the experience from this evening

After three years of five stars for this place I've reviewed and down graded to two stars. What the hell is going on here??? Recently breakfast orders are constantly messed.up, sauces missing and seriously bad staff organisation. The burgers and chicken nuggets have been dried out during cooking, constantly missing orders and staff appear to behave like children rather than general staff. So annoying as a customer and constantly running out.of burgers when ordering at night... How can.mcdonalds run out of what is the purpose.of.the business? Starting to get fed up
