Worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. Made me feel ill for hours after.. All you can taste is garlic butter! It’s like they soak the dough in it for hours before cooking! If I could give zero stars I would!!!

Nice enough pizza - expensive but deals available. However, the local place nearby in Preston Road under the railway arches - Pizza 500 - is much better and buying from here supports local businesses. Pizza pictured is The Works.

everything that could go wrong when ordering food happened. I ordered the 14.99 deal that comes with a side , medium pizza and a large drink. My food took over an hour to arrive but when it did eventually arrive it was stone cold not only that my drink wasn’t in the bag and neither was the sauce that comes with my side. I called the shop because the driver said he will speak to them and see if I can get a refund on missing items but I was already unhappy with the cold food so I decided to call them and tell what’s happened and see if they can sort it out for me. I spoke to a staff member he apologised for long wait , missing items and the food being cold and said I can have a free meal next time I order which I was more then happy with until I started eating my first slice of cold pizza only to find a hair on the crust. I called the branch again the person I spoke to previously advised me to send a picture to their email address as proof and he will contact me which I did. I’ve had no contact from them whatsoever I’ve called them twice and both times a staff member lied and said there’s no manager working and keeps telling me call back. The customer service is horrible and I’m disgusted at how they handle these situations working in customer service myself i understand completely what it’s like but for me to be very polite about this situation and they treat me like this I’m appalled.

Repeated my order as I do quite often. Always delivered never collected but for some reason system stated it was for collection so I called the branch and the man on the phone said he would get a drover to deliver it for me within 10 minutes. 40 minutes later I called again and he said it was with the driver. My pizza turned up cold and disgusting. When I called up the man wasn’t interested in apologising and didn’t care if I wasn’t to order again as it was a collection at first. I explained the situation but he obviously doesn’t need my custom and won’t be getting it again. I expect better service especially after paying £30 for one pizza!

Service is a bit shocking, despite COVID and pandemic is still a thing, only one person wore a mask in the shop, the funny thing is I have a secure sticker when food is in the box when the food was never secure in the first place. I have a very sensitive stomach which means I can tell when food are NOT fresh normally by the next day. And what I had the day before is definitely not in a shape!
