Great products and friendly staff. Always worth a visit.

Brilliant staff not pushy. The products speak for themselves. My son went in last week to choose a birthday present for me. Service was amazing and I returned today for a wonderful arm massage. Nothing too much trouble. A lovely team!

Clean and beautiful store, however a bit slow service

Excellent customer service every time. The staff are ultra friendly and knowledgeable and are always ready to help. We just visited for the Spring Event and were treated like valued customers. A great shopping experience, thank you.

Staff here are example of how customer service should be! Shop is small but well arranged and very clean and tidy. Knocked a star off as its quite expensive but I suppose you get what you pay for.

10/10 The staff in here are exceptional- especially the lovely women with the blonde hair who served me (apologies I did not catch her name) but she was above and beyond. Helped show me the products, gave me some great tips, and answered all my questions. Very professional, happy and kind! All the products smell fab too! ❤ Thank you!

We went to Molton Brown in Brighton and Josh was super helpful and gave some great recommendations!! He directed me with my queries and although Molton Brown doesn't have the oud and gold smell as a diffuser which is what I was looking for he suggested me other amazing options that work perfectly!!
