Charlotte, was able to fit my dash cam in at very short notice and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend this Branch, all staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Customer service terrible. Staff need to learn how to communicate politely in store & on the phone. Although when finally collected bike son pleased with repair. But manners cost nothing.

A faulty bike with 2 faults within 24 hours within 28 day return refused to give a full refund staff abusive and argumentative even though I was within my rights for a full refund had left the bike there for 24 hours and they say that there is cosmetic damage!! Really!! Absolutely disgusted with Ben h and Connor's conduct unprofessional wouldn't even sell us a different bike!?! Ridiculous I've had 6 bikes previously not one problem.left confused and angry! Dont use halfords shoreham!!!!

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR AT THIS AUTOCENTRE. I put my car in for a "free repair check" to replace a wheel bearing. While this was being done I went for a walk. My insurance company the called me to say that my black box had detected my car had been hit from behind. Sure enough, when I got back to the autocentre, my rear bumper had been damaged. The manager denied all knowledge but said that Halfords would repair it. Months later and they still haven't paid up. Not even acknowledged my emails. I went in for a "Free" check and left with £700 worth of damage.

First class service from the guys at Halfords Shoreham, especially Debbie from the parts desk who always seems to exceed my expectations. The bike department are also excellent and very willing to help. I would highly recommend this particular Halfords.

I was looking for new wiper blades and the employee helped me find the right wipers for my vehicle using the customer computer. The staff and the service were just great. Thank you very much.

Really good prompt service. Barely had to wait any time at all. Didn’t get names of the employees who helped me, but a tall gentleman with glasses and a shorter lady with darker hair and light highlights also with glasses. Exceptionally good service. Thanks a lot

They have a good stock of headlamp bulbs. The one I was looking for was very uncommon but they had it in stock. The bulbs were fitted by a really nice and friendly guy. Always good service at Halfords!

Ordered some childrens cycle bits for my neighbours 4 year old birthday tomorrow. The order on my phone was not quite ready for collection but I was in the area. Very pleasant young man ..tall/glasses collected the items for me.Thank you.
