Paul really took the time to listen to me and helped me to understand what I was really looking for and understood how he could best help me make that happen. I feel really lucky to have found such a kind and good plastic surgeon as I have heard such horrible stories from some friends who went to other doctors and ended up with problems Thank you Paul!

I had a breast augmentation 7 weeks ago preformed by Dr Paul Wilson and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Paul made me feel at ease at every appointment and was very informative about the procedure and possible complications from the first appointment. Paul used 3D imaging to show what I would look like with certain sized implants and emailed them to me which was very helpful in the decision of the size implant i chose. Aftercare was amazing I have seen him 3 times since surgery, day after the op, 1 week later and 6 weeks later and have scheduled appointment for 6 months. Very happy with Paul and Karen (Paul’s secretary). Couldn’t thank pail and his team enough Defiantly recommend.

I just wanted to say thank you to Paul Wilson and his whole team for the amazing work he did with my breast augmentation and dermal fillers! I can't be more happy with the results! I can honestly say that Paul Wilson is very professional, careful and trustworthy - his work is simply outstanding. I felt safe and secure from the very first consultation with him. He can see what you need, advises you with great care and you never look “fixed”, or treated.You are extremely good at what you do and most importantly you make sure your patients feel comfortable too! I underwent facial Surgeries in April 2017 with Paul and as a result have been left with facial palsy, disfigurement and looking far worse than before the operations. Paul was unable to offer revisions as promised before surgery as he said he didn’t know why it had all gone so wrong and felt he couldn’t put it all right quoting outcomes aren’t guaranteed. After a lengthy battle with him and The Spire at Bristol, The Complaints Team in Manchester arranged another surgeon at a different Spire Hospital to take it on. Paul offered his fees back after a year of my trauma and I have since undergone two extensive operations consisting of many nights in hospital to correct Paul’s mistakes and poor outcomes. Some of this is irreversible and I’m damaged, scarred and paralysed in parts of my face for life because of poor surgery. The Spire group are covering costs that far exceed the initial ones of £12,500. I suffered physically and psychologically as a direct result and am still undergoing corrections. I found Paul to be a charming and kind gentleman but I could never recommend him for surgeries, especially not any related to face or neck as his skills, experience with these and expertise are seriously lacking as are his abilities to perform corrections as he promises prior to surgery. I’d suggest checking other patients accounts of these procedures performed by Paul and checking revision and complaint statistics at official level and not going by what you are told by Paul or his secretary and team. I was told he performs these every week. The evidence since with what happened to me and looking at reviews would indicate otherwise. I should have followed my instincts and not gone on that day. This has not only caused disfigurement and paralysis and palsy due to his mistakes and poor operating decisions but also caused me to have a breakdown. No support was offered at all. It took a year and a half pleading with Paul and battling with Bristol Spire Matron before their Manchester Lead Complaints Team stepped in and acknowledged it all thereafter are dealing with it. (Now at a different hospital with a highly skilled surgeon able to deal with such complex complications and surgeries) I don’t wish to cause Paul upset but it has to be understood that all of this is a true and honest account and I’m feeling strong enough now to alert others of this and my suffering. This is a very brief account of a very complex journey.

Having previously visited 4 cosmetic companies for consultations, I decided to undergo my breast augmentation by Paul Wilson at the spire hospital Bristol as I felt most comfortable and confident with them. I highly recommend Paul for anyone thinking of undergoing this procedure, he is friendly and caring and I have had excellent results. Everyone involved in my care was amazing and I am so pleased with the results... it has been life changing for me and I just want to say a big thank you to everyone at Spire who looked after me during my stay and a big thank you to Paul for helping me get my confidence back.

For a number of reasons, I'd wanted a mastopexy and decided to research surgeons; I was recommended Dr.Paul Wilson by a friend who had recently had a procedure with him as well. Things were remarkably easy and pressure-free from the word go, the nurse I'd seen for my first consultation was lovely, and Paul himself was brilliant at both consultations before my procedure. He was very realistic about the results I could expect from the procedure, and showed me three dimensional virtual models of what I could expect. The results were beyond fantastic, and I've been left with very neat scars that are already fading. The entire team who worked with Paul were brilliant, even down to the anaesthetists who put me under before the op. Everyone was friendly and very professional. I had immense support following the procedure, and Karen, Dr Wilson's personal secretary was always available whenever I had any concerns, no matter what time of day. I couldn't recommend Dr. Paul Wilson and his team enough, they provide a fabulous service from the word go.
