Very helpful with my Grandma. Great service. Very friendly and Trang is very good with a 91 year old with Alzheimer's. Takes it all in her stride. Would definitely recommend as they can't do enough to help.

Staff very good. No overt sales pitch. Still receiving aid checks after 4 years. Excellent service.

When I turned up for my appointment there was no one there. 15 minutes later a lady turned up and said she had a hospital appointment. Nobody bothered telling me that my appointment was cancelled. What a waste of my time and petrol. I was not even offered another appointment.

Wonderful usually but where are they today ? says they are open? no one answering 0800 number. I only want to re order lost hearing aids? I can buy a pint but not hearing aids. VERY POOR. MY MUM CAN'T HEAR. WHERE ARE YOU GUYS? ....... AH HA I've just had a call back, patience; I am short of it today!

Really excellent service from Trang this morning. Highly recommended. Really went out of her way to fit me in. Had the micro-suction earwax removal which was quick, painless & very effective.

Friendly staff.was seen immediately problem solved on my with a smile.
