We opted to go with MC Hullah because they were more reasonably priced but did start to worry that we might get a poorer service...no need to worry, Steffan and the ladies on reception were professional and friendly, very approachable and at the end pulled out all the stops to make sure we got our purchase through quickly as was needed. Sadly having lived in Nailsea all my life I used Hullah’s as a well known family firm. The service I had was awful, they lost paper work, they found it, they lost it again … I had to chase Constantly and send my estate agent to their office numerous times to find out what was going on …. Sadly will use a larger more competent firm in future
