I can only judge this place from the point of view of a local not a tourist. They have always been polite, very helpful indeed and they have a great display of Bristol memorabilia. Also all the necessary bus timetables and as far as I am able to see details of all the interesting things to see.

Always a hive of activities every time I come here, with almost everything you want to know about Bristol, and its surrounding areas, at your fingertips. Always a good reference point even if you know Bristol well.

Great day out there, first time...

Whether you like Bristol or not, there is no denying that it has a rich and extraordinary social history. This is richly recorded in this souvenir shop both in quality and variety.

The staff are just amazing! I found myself stranded as I'd had some documentation stolen and John went out of his way to help me find accommodation for me and my wee dog. He was kind, funny, supportive and reassuring. Just brilliant - and the other staff were great too. My wee dog loves this place too!
