The hotel was a disappointment. Not sure how it has 4 stars. My room was extremely small infact smaller than a recent Premier Inn that I have stayed in. The interior of the room was tired with flaking and scratched paint around the none opening windows. The TV was something from 2001 with only a handful of terrible picture quality channels. On the plus side the included breakfast was good and the lobby area is well appointed.

Not really a spa!... Went here with my mum a couple of weeks ago for what we thought was a lovely relaxing spa day (purchased through a 3rd party). It became apparent pretty early on that this really isn't a spa as they have no spa facilities i.e. Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room etc. The only facilities available were the treatment rooms, a wellness room (a large with with chairs in, basically a lounge) and a swimming pool which was in a separate building, meaning you have to walk across an outdoor car park to get between the 2 buildings (not really ideal in a robe!). Don't get me wrong the staff were friendly and the facilities that were available were clean, comfortable and welcoming so it is fine if you just want your nails done or a massage but I can not recommend this place as a lovely spa as it simply is not a spa!
