Paid £300~ for an end of tenancy clean. They left the property is a pretty poor state, which they then had to rectify at the request of the letting agents. Some bits weren't even completed the first time, and they advised the marks on the toilet wouldn't come off. From the Letting Agents ""I am surprised that GoGo charged you as much as you say for a flat of that size and yes they have not done a great job. Their comment about the toilet is ridiculous for a cleaning company to say , I have dealt with many cleaners over the years and those marks will definitely come off . The skirting boards are dusty and the marks on some are of spilt coffee/tea . The lampshades are also dusty , they have not cleaned the floor ." I will not be using them again, and would not recommend them to anyone looking for an end of tenancy clean.

What a fantastic company, i was let down by another company last minute and had to have the apartment cleaned by the following day. I called up GoGo Cleaning in the evening and asked whether they would be able to clean the following day (very last minute) and they were very very helpful, i had a quote within 10 minutes, they were over the following morning at 8:30am sharp (when they said they were going to be), and even sent update photos as the clean was going on. They could not have been more attentive, efficient and professional. The flat was cleaned to a very high standard also, which is a massive bonus! Very much recommend!

Have to cancel my earlier review, the house cleaning failed the inspection for every room!!! Hoping for refund or new cleaning because this is unacceptable

Very unprofessional person to work for . Don't communicate ,don't give advice and exspects you to clean his material for his business .

Go Go Cleaning are fantastic. I have nothing but praise for Mo and his team. They left our professional kitchen spotless and gleaming. They were also friendly, professional and easy to deal with at every stage. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any other businesses. You cannot go wrong!
