The Cooks Kitchen bristol

1st time I have used The Cooks Kitchen but I am very impressed so will be adding them to my Favourites without a doubt! Excellent communication from placing the order through to delivery advice. AWFUL customer service. I spoke to CHARLOTTE regarding returning some items that I had purchased online and they weren't as they had been described. She was very rude and unhelpful. At one point during the conversation she said to me "maybe you should stop moaning about it and purchase the items from somewhere else" and she went onto say "is this the first time you've ever bought anything online". I just could not get through to her - near the end of the conversation she very sarcastically said "... hello ... hello ... are you still there" to which I said "yes of course I'm still here" and she replied by saying "well I'm not listening to you and am about to put the phone down now". At this point I was so frustrated that I ended the conversation myself by putting the phone down. I sent a written complaint to their customer services email address and found out that Charlotte is actually the Director of the company so the complaint obviously didn't get very far! Instead, I received an email from her directly via her personal email address saying that I was wasting my time complaining about her as she is the boss and no-one can say anything to her! How ridiculously unprofessional and rude. It makes me wonder how she got herself into such a position and makes me feel very sorry for her poor staff!!

Quick delivery, great rotary Parmesan cheese grater at a great price. This is a good place to shop. Packaging was simple but strong and easy to discard responsibly. TF
