They had a lovely hairdresser that left. The lady that cut my girl hair the last time, did a good job but seems that she is not used to cut kids hair. She expected that a 2 years old will not move at all waiting for her orders.

We came all the way from Chippenham for our sons first haircut. They were busy and we didn’t book (our fault) but they accommodated is last minute. Would recommend booking in advance. As the service goes, cannot fault. The ladies were really helpful and the set up is really good for little ones.

Unless you know that your kid is going to stay quite don't bother. I took my 2 year old for her first hair cut and everything was going good until they did her fringe. She did it like you do an adult and of course my LO move and she pinch her eyelid with the scissors. After that my girl didn't want to be cut anymore and when we try to cut my boys hair he was also scare of the scissors. I told the lady to stop with my boy because I saw he was suffering more than enjoying and I had to pay for both kids. They have tablets for kids to be entertained but only the one in the pink car worked. Very disappointed not coming back, I'll do it at home that it's probably safer, I don't put the scissors near my kids eyes...

Arrived five mins before appointment. Waited outside for 15 mins. No acknowledgement of me waiting.

Arrived five mins before appointment. Waited outside for 15 mins. No acknowledgement of me waiting. Ladder partially blocking the entrance. Update... On reflection I was a bit harsh. Thank you for reply. I have used PJ's in the past and it was only this one time that I was unhappy. Once the refurbishment is done I'm sure it will be great place to get a hair cut.
