I want to praise and thank everyone who has helped and looked after me over the last few days in Service and Reception. Everyone has been polite, professional, friendly and extremely helpful, especially Liam, Alex and Matt. Nothing has been too much trouble and when I was left in a tight spot by my lease company Matt went above and beyond to really help me out. Please feel free to pass on my appreciation to the staff for their help and for making it a stress free & enjoyable event.

I'd like to say a big thanks to everyone in the bodyshop involved in the recent warranty work on my car. Everyone in reception, bodyshop paint and prep areas, and especially Mark who was hugely helpful throughout. The repairs to my car are top notch and the service from start to finish was like a breath of fresh air. The regular video updates are fantastic, and any queries were answered quickly and efficiently. I live in South Wales and as far as I am concerned this is now my local BMW dealer - well worth the few extra miles to get to. Many thanks.

I live in South Wales, a whole different country , but was advised this was the place to go. Great advice, My bike is 25 YEARS OLD, most dealers cuff you off. Ian in spares, took my issue, ran with it and after All his drive, we hit a dead end. OK this time I didn’t get the new part, but, I was provided with alternatives, and such good , friendly, and knowledgable advice I am looking forward to future opportunities to use this company. Only had MOT but great service from start to finish. Single point of contact through Jacob from booking to completion. Will be booking my major service in there in about 2 months. Will also look at any suitable cars when I have to change mine in about 4 months. Won't be going back to local Newport dealer if this keeps up. Thank you.

Came down to get my 3 series valued and to look at upgrading. Mitch was very helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. Instead of us having to flag down a member of staff, Mitch went out of his way to approach us which was warming. Unfortunately the spec I wanted wasn't available right now but Mitch said he can update me in the near future when more approved used stock becomes available.
