I’ve just ordered my new ’Cooper S Sport’ and would like to thank Julie for the wonderful way she copes with me :). This is the third Mini I have had the pleasure of ordering and I really don’t know where I’d be without her. She always keeps me in the loop with regard to what’s going on. Extremely professional yet friendly, she always has a smile and makes me feel that nothing is ever too much trouble when I’m bombarding her with questions (oh and do I bombard). Thank you Julie for making a daunting process easy every time - really excited at the thought of my new car.

Just collected our new Mini and just wanted to say how impressed we were. We especially want to thank Julie Flood who managed the whole process seamlessly via the telephone and email. It was lovely to finally meet Julie and the team at the showroom when we collected the car. One of the best car purchase experiences we have had. Well done!

Unfortunately have to have a service with the dealership due to warranty conditions. Realised this morning why previously I don’t choose to do this. Member of staff arrogant, unhelpful and condescending. Staff need customer service training and be taught they are not better than their customers. Ended up walking out, member of staff shouted out I can’t let you leave unhappy, obviously suddenly remembering her training but by then it was too late. Love my mini but do not love the staff at the dealership.
