a coldstore with great potentials that is being poorly managed. More like a family run business which probably explains why it is closing down. managers with no management background/experience, i really don't understand how it works. i feel proud to say i don't work there anymore. Good luck to all the employees remaining that will be looking to find jobs in the quiet period of the new year. horrible to make people redundant in january
