I've had my Power8 Workshop for over a year and it has never failed to live up to (and exceed) expectations. I am a fussy customer and demand only the best - which I'm glad to say, in this instance, is British. Performance - Excellent. Build quality - excellent. Durability - excellent. The only time I had a query my question was answered promptly and courteously by knowledgeable agents. (In fact if I'd bothered to read the instruction book better I wouldn't have had any query at all - the point was covered, its just that I missed it.) I've since bought other tools from CEL who are now my suppliers of choice. Very much looking forward to the 3D printer. Best wishes CEL. Bob Austen.

This company's warranty is fake. The customer service phone numbers is fake. The website they give is also incorrect. Do not buy any of these products. They die out in six months.

I bought a 3D printer from them as they launched it on kickstarter. It printed ok in the beginning. Soon after they recalled a bowden tube in the printer, and I had to make modifications on it. As I was going to make the modifications I also purchased a upgrade kit to get multi-filament printing. On the first print using the new extruder the second filament got stuck in the bowden tube (that melted on eject). I tried cutting 1-2 cm of the tube (the melted part), and same thing happened again. Contacting customer service they offered me to buy a new tube £15, and said that given my description it most likely wouldnt help. And if I wanted them to have a look at the design issue they would charge me shipping + £60 per hour they spent on it. I would suggest rather going for a reliable Prusa MK3S+ or a Voron printer instead. A lot more value for money, better community, and easier to fix/maintain.

I recently bought an Robox01 machine, and it's brilliant. It was so easy to setup, it just plugs and plays. The automaker software is brilliantly intuitive and takes care of every setting, which is what I needed as 3d print novice. The machines manual is well written and contains a lot of information. I would recommend this company to others.
