Collecting a purchased Ranger, all went well, although you do need a Hi-Viz, but then the vehicle wouldn't start. Staff apologised but then had to organisie a replacement

Easy access staff very helpful.

Normally quite and quick for collection of cars when eve i have been within 20 mins in out of there .few staff running but enough

Best BCA site to pick cars from. They know what they are doing. Car was brought to me parked with lots of room so I could check it over. All other BCA sites should ask them how to do the job the right way
