I keep all my old used socks here. I use a new pair a day but dont like to throw them out. After filling a room I found Big Yellow a great place to keep them. Now I have so much free room in my house I could sheer a sheep in it.

The manager (LEE) was very helpful, & accommodating, the process was both swift & professional it was a pleasure to be assisted by Lee, who also made a lovely cup of coffee for me whilst we completed the paperwork. Lee is a happy & very helpful manager.

Excellent so far... Original deal set up with a very helpful enthusiastic Australian lady called Lucy from customer support. I was then greeted on site by the store manager, Lee smith, who had stayed in work late for me on a Friday because I was running late with city traffic. He was extremely helpful and friendly and I take my hat off to him for his attitude. I managed to get a very competitive deal for my unit, and hope that I continue to be as impressed with everything as I am now.

Nice, polite, and friendly service from Joe when checking in for the first time. He ran through everything smoothly and simply, and is a credit to the company (pretty sure I've seen this is a running theme from other reviews). There was another chap present, I think called Leon, and similarly he was warm and friendly, but I spent less time with him. So, in summary, everything you'd expect in terms of self-storage, but great staff and a nice accessible, clean site. Highly recommended, cheers lads.

It was the easiest thing to do. Sal (my contact) was superbe, she showed me around and made moving in a pleasant experience.

I was attended by Sally and she was such a delight! She was super helpful and made the check in process a breeze She unlocked the room and showed me in detail on how to login and logout and even showed me where is the toilet without me asking for it.

The most smooth sailing experience :) Sal was lovely and so helpful and explained everything so well. Very impressive all round and had all the equipment we needed. Thank you!
