They cancelled 3 of my bookings ( one because of covid they say, one because the doctor didn't come at work, one because I was wrongfully booked by the receptionist ) just few hours ( less than 24 h ) before the actual intervention . Have an infection wich was urgent, 2 root canals, 2 implants, strengthen my teeth, whitening, etc etc....lots of money to spend... The receptionist had no clue how to properly deal with bookings. Started 4 months ago and until now they managed to do me 1 teeth...I asked for explanations, because its not that I loose hours of work, time, spend loads of money to this fully private expensive clinic ....but I have an infection for more than 6 months wich nhs couldn't deal... all I got was 30 min with the hygienist as compensation for all this Inconvenience that they caused. I refused to be treated like this, if you miss an appointment they charge you the deposit money....if they miss an appointment...no problem...so I decided not to put my money in their pockets, Bristol is full of dentists.
