AVOID! Terrible pricing system and appalling customer service. Anthea slammed the door in my face and told me to wait outside while they had a team meeting – which was an awful first impression! My second impression was how tatty the waiting room was with ripped chairs and dated décor. But to top it off, although I’d been informed on the phone that my hygienist appointment would cost £60 as I had registered as a patient, after my appointment I was told it would instead be £80. Anthea explained their frankly ridiculous pricing system – none of which is stated on their website or was explained by her colleague on the phone when I booked my appointment. Anthea was extremely unhelpful and rude. Although the hygienist appointment itself was great, I’d only recommend Stoke Lane Dentistry if you want an un-transparent pricing system, rude staff and a shock bill at the end of your visit.

Went to this dentist recently. I have chips in my front tooth and have never had very good experiences with dentists in the past. I saw the guy and within 30 minutes my teeth looked incredible. I've never had such good teeth in my whole life. Thank you so much

I phoned for an appointment as I had bad toothache, I saw the dentist within an hour and the problem was sorted. I was very impressed and I would recommend this surgery. Many thanks for sorting my problem out.

Anthea has done a wonderful job of extracting a molar without pain or discomfort. Over 20 years as a patient I would not be without her. Simply the best.

I have recently joined the practice and must admit after signing up and then reading some of the reviews I was a little apprehensive about visiting, I needn’t have worried, I found everyone to be very friendly and welcoming. Anthea was very professional and attentive and her willingness to accommodate at short notice with a minor niggle after the initial appointment is to be applauded. Well done everyone! I can’t understand why some people just like to give a bad review, let’s see a few more positive ones.😃
