I can't thank The Natural Smile enough, for the amazing dental work they performed on me. At the beginning of the year I made a decision to make a big investment in my health. For the work I wanted doing I knew I had to find the right dental practice. I spent a long time researching, and I couldn't find anywhere locally that I felt comfortable with. I came across The Natural Smile, which seemed to tick all the boxes, and after speaking with them I decided it was worth making the long journey from Cornwall to pay them a visit. After my initial appointment I knew I had found the right place. I had 4 appointments in total, each journey over 6 hours long. But that was a small price to pay to achieve the amazing results I have today. The whole team are fantastic. I'm so happy with the results, I have a wonderful healthy smile. I first came across The Natural Smile dental practice after learning about a revolutionary new material called Biodentine, which in many cases can avoid the need for conventional root canal treatment. Dr. Nicola Bone is one of just a handful of dentists in the South who routinely uses Biodentine and she successfully treated one of my teeth using this material. So far, the results are extremely encouraging. Following the initial treatment, Nicola has since renewed all of my fillings, some of which were amalgam, and all of which were poorly shaped. The new fillings are all virtually indistinguishable from natural teeth! I have found that Nicola’s skill, expertise and attention to detail is incredible, and in a completely different league to any other dentist I have seen before. The Natural Smile is a small and close-knit practice, and all the better for it. The staff are all very polite, professional and friendly, and are able to provide a very personal and caring service. As soon as you step through the door, The Natural Smile's friendly receptionists will put you at ease with their reassuring manner. In fact, all the staff are incredibly nice and highly professional! Check-ups are more in-depth than those I had been used to, and Dr Mei-An clearly explained the process to me along the way. A small dental procedure was carried out very smoothly. I was not left with doubts and unanswered questions as with previous dentists I’d been to. The hygienist, Carina, was similarly thorough and also gave me tailored advice for maintaining my dental health – something I had not had before. The whole experience gave me great confidence in the team at The Natural Smile, and I look forward to seeing them again.

I have suffered with problematic teeth since a young age. Throughout my twenties and thirties I've seen lots of different dentists who have all generally left me feeling pretty traumatised and definitely down about my teeth. Nicola has given me new hope and the Natural Smile dental practise is an absolute pleasure to visit. All the staff are lovely, the practise is clean and bright and their ethos is inspiring. I travel from London to Bristol to fix my teeth and it is definitely worth the journey. I 100% recommend the Natural Smile! : )

When I attended my first appointment at The Natural Smile I immediately felt at home, that I was in the right place for me and this has proved to be the case. Nicola is an excellent dentist who takes great pride in her work and can only be described as passionate about teeth. She takes an holistic approach and looks at your teeth in relation to your body as a whole. A lot of thought goes into what she does. Obviously, she looks for any decay that needs to be dealt with but she also takes into account whether your teeth are functional for their purpose e.g. biting/chewing and attention is paid to how easy they are to keep clean to prevent future decay. The selection of materials used for any necessary repairs is based on her considerable knowledge and experience which was something that was very important to me. This thorough approach is seen throughout the practice. Everyone at The Natural Smile does their best for you and I cannot recommend this practice too highly.

A dental practice that is worth visiting, whether for routine check-ups or professional treatment. The reception staff are friendly and very careful and patient with patients' inquiries. Dr Mei-An and her assistant are very professional in the treatment. During each operation, they will explain in detail the purpose and tell the patient how they feel about this operation. For the first time I filled my teeth, I hardly felt any tension, and the anesthesia and various discomforts disappeared completely after one day.

I have been with Nicola at this practice since it's inception. And in that time my dental health has improved considerably. Everything now feels just right, and all previous dental work has either been improved upon or replaced. Nicola and her staff are always a pleasure to meet, and the attention to detail at the Natural Smile and their patient focus is second to none.
