I would highly recommend Clifton Orthodontics to anyone considering treatment. From the start the service has been exceptional - the receptionists were flexible with appointments, the orthodontic nurses and Joanna have always been professional, friendly and considerate. Richard reassured me throughout, he was honest about the expectations of treatment and was genuinely interested in how I was getting on throughout. The premises and facilities are always spotless and give the impression of a high quality service. I couldn't be happier with how my teeth look after just 1 year of treatment!

Both my 14 year old daughter Scarlett and I have had our teeth straightened by Clifton Orthodontics. Using fixed braces, the process took nearly 24 months for each of us. We now have the teeth we were looking for -attractive, neat and straight. The process can be onerous at times but Richard and his team carried out the procedure as efficiently and effectively as possible. We are delighted with the results and would highly recommend him and his services.

I have the most amazing results after my braces came off. I cannot thank Dr Tonner and his team enough for this. Compliments left right and centre on my straight teeth. Really appreciate the treatment done by them and it was definitely 100% worth the time and money. Would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Booked a consultation with them, paid my deposit, cancelled work losing out on money as I am self employed. They cancelled the appointment without telling me until I arrived for the appointment and wouldn't offer me another appointment for at least 3 weeks. May I suggest that if you cancel an appointment like this in future that you make a slot available either by pushing the other appointments back or by at least offering an appointment at the end of the day and staying open for an extra 30 minutes. Thank you for wasting my time and my money. I have attached a picture of my receipt so that you cannot just pretend that I was not a client of yours like you do with all of your other bad reviews.

I really can't recommend this practice highly enough. Richard and the whole team are thoroughly professional and extremely friendly. The service which I received always felt like the final result was of great importance to them, and that the care and treatment would be provided for as long as was necessary. I'm so glad I chose to have my treatment here, the service was very professional throughout and everyone at the practice is really friendly, taking the time to explain the various treatment options. My teeth used to be pretty bad and crooked, they are now absolutely perfect and I can smile properly at last! Honestly amazed with the excellent transformation of my smile by Clifton Orthodontics and Rich Tonner. I have always been envious of those with a nice straight smile as I was "refused" braces as a teenager and had crossed front teeth (top and bottom) for my whole life. It was always a huge hang up of mine and when my husband bought me braces for a Christmas present I was overjoyed. I was told by a "cosmetic dentist" that the treatment would last only 3 months as aside from the crossing, my bite was great. 2 years later I was still in braces with a huge overbite and gaps between my teeth. I had become incredibly anxious, self concious and low and the pain I went through with adjustments every 6 weeks was terrible. I decided enough was enough and the dentist agreed to pay for me to have treatment with Richard at Clifton Orthodontics. Richard is an incredibly professional and reassuring individual and he was visibly upset with what I had gone through. Richard told me it would take about 9 months to correct the teeth and 9 months later I was out of braces with the most amazing smile and for this I am ever grateful. I am so glad that I managed to get a referral to Richard and Clifton Orthodontics as I felt that they were the best of the best and they have certainly proved that.

Richard Tonner has helped me transform my smile using Damon braces. After a bit of initial research and a couple of consultations that I have had elsewhere nearer to my home in Bath, I chose to have my orthodontic treatment in Clifton Orthodontics and I am very glad about this decision. Richard and his team are very professional, polite and have done a fantastic job! They are trully driven to achieve the best results possible, which is in a stark contrast to a lot of other practices that are often unapologentically aimed at drawing as much money from their clients as possible. Richard's clinic has all the latest equipment, uncluding for 3D scans to plan and visualise the results of treatment and the prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Clifton Orthodontics to anyone considering braces and other orthodontic treatment options. Great experience, great results and great value for money.
