I have been registered at this practice since I was a young child, it's the only dental practice I've ever known. Hayley (Sohail) has been my dentist for many years and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Always enthusiastic and cheerful. He is very communicative and professional. Over the years, I've had several treatments, fillings, crowns etc all carried out by Hayley and have never had a single issue. There's also a strong focus on good oral health and Hayley will always spend the time to offer advice on cleaning techniques and how to achieve the best results. When treatment is necessary, a clear plan and objective is given so I feel fully informed and reassured. Jess, his assistant, is friendly, professional and always puts me at ease. As far as the practice is concerned, the staff are professional and I've never had an issue with making appointments and am always been seen on time. I would be happy to recommend this practice to anyone and, often do.

It was a long time since I went to a dentist. I met my dentist sohail and it was the start of a life changing process. He sorted out all the infections I had in my back teeth and then gave me the best smile in the world with veneers on my front top teeth. I was nervous and he was kind, didn't rush and explained everything everything from what he was going to do next to how much things were going to cost. I will never go anywhere else and my new smile has given me so much confidence he truly is an genius.

I would follow my brilliant dentist Hayley anywhere. The practice is very lucky to have him and Jess. Caring, kind, funny and fantastic. They have given me back my smile.

Been with Hailey 23 years. I would never change even when I moved from Bristol. He is a superb dentist who listens to your concerns, is honest with you and explains treatment options and outcomes. I have complete trust in his judgment and advice. He’s also quite funny which is a plus in the dentist chair!

I had Invisalign and Composite Bonding with Dr Steve Neal. The service was fantastic, he helped me design my smile exactly how I wanted the result to look and advised me on the best plan of action. They took care of the finance side of things so it makes it very affordable. The whole process was super quick and painless and the aftercare has been fantastic. I honestly can’t recommend Bupa dental highly enough

Sohail Rauf has been my dentist for the last couple of years. He has a lovely personality, very warm, kind and gentle. He always explains the treatment that is required and possible options. This year, I've had major work on my top teeth. Sohail and his dental nurse, Jess were fantastic during the treatment, which involved multiple appointments. The outcome and my new smile is better than I could ever have imagined, yet they still look natural. I've received lovely complements on my new and improved teeth from friends and family. Difficult and unhelpful when recently broke a tooth. Was offered something one day by one receptionist and then told something else the following day by another. When I questioned this I was told I was wrong. The person I was speaking to asked her colleague, who confirmed what I had said was accurate. No apology or acknowledgment of the change of position and I was all but hung up on. Impolite and unprofessional. Will be finding another practice for myself and my family.

I have recently started my Invisalign dental treatment @ Bupa with Dr Steven Neal. I have been fully informed at every step of the procedure with helpful knowledge, patience and understanding. The receptionist has been very helpful with booking my appointments and questions. Highly recommended.
