Luxury Nails salisbury

The lady that did my nails was nice but what’s disturbing is when they talk among them self in their language In front of you and you just never know if they are laughing & talking about you which I find is quite rude. Never mind once the nails were done and she said it was done, I paid and left. It didn’t even take ten minutes before my right thumb was already smudged. Not trying to trash the people but I think their service is slightly rude and not 100%

I rung yesterday and spoke to the lady saying i needed to book as i had a wedding the following day. She said no need to book. I arrived at 11am and lo behold she said there was no space. I explained that i had called to book and i was told no need to. She just said "yes I did but we hav no time!!!!" I would hav willingly waited but i wasnt given an option as they went on about howthey were fully booked!!! Mind you there were 2 customers having their nails done and one waiting! It was my daughters recomendation but sorry not going there again!! Went to the place opposite called Salisbury Nails Salon and though there were customers waiting they made me feel welcome and did my nails beautifully.

Bad experience. My mum's nails split under her acrylics (half way down). Her nails were so sore. She had a French manicure look and they looked TERRIBLE..like a trainee was practicing on her. My cousin also went not so long ago and her nails are in poor condition.

I had my acrylic nails done here a year ago, and when they were filing them down, the lady doing it cut the edge of my finger, and I pulled my hand away and showed her it was bleeding and she just shrugged and carried on. She ignored me when I tried to make conversation and tried to overcharge me, and I felt uncomfortable when they would talk to eachother in a different language and laugh etc. She also didn’t give me the colour I asked for.

Not very gd I clearly asked them the day b4 how much acrylics with tips was and decribes what I wanted but when I arrived for my appointment she was 35 mins late she started to do my nails then I realised she was not doing what I asked for I told her but she already knew day b4, she carried on I then told her again after 35 mins I said she's not doing what I asked for I.rols her I had ro be out shop at 1.30 to get t bus so at 1.05 I said that's not what I asked for two ladies sitting next ro me even told the lady what I asked for she said she wouldn't have time ro do what I asked for so all she done was shape my nails and polish as I've started.ro grow em I'm very disappointed and disgusted I paid 28.00 for something that wasn't what I wanted, I've demanded my money back nor ro be redone but ro get done properly elsewhere. I.will never use them again or recommend.end them.

Came in a few days ago and they were brilliant, lovley staff made me feel very comfortable and there nails I'd highly recommend.
