It's just something about this shop or Dr Martens overall.. It attacks to come in and have a sneak peek, to kill the curiosity and then, before you know it, you are trying a pair of them on and comparing colours to suit you best! Wonderful location, super staff and stock available. If you are not sure - ask sales assistant for help: their knowledge is power in here! No pushy sales, just a genuine help and care to get you as comfortable and possible in your nee Dr Martens. . . Yesterday bought my first ever pair and already thinking of "what's next"! :) Thank you shop assistance for your patience!

Very helpful staff...just bought the first pair of Doc Martens today so had quite a few questions, but the staff was very patient in explaining all the details. She also gave a lot of space for customers to try on the shoes and decide what they want rather than following you around all the time. I'm really happy with the service I got and the quality of the products.

Really good boots in fact my first time buying a pair of Dr Martins in my life. The boots are made to last and very comfortable. Staff was amazing in helping me deciding especially Bella who was very patient and helpful. Thanks Bella

The staff were super friendly and even ordered in a style that wasn't available in my size! It was super busy but the staff were still really accomodating

Karys, Broadmead Going into store today for the first time, I wanted some extra help with my purchase and I absolutely got that. Karys was nothing but helpful and patient, giving advice on what to wear and how to wear them in. I was in the store for 40 minutes, trying to make up my mind and she continued to help regardless. It seems that they are forcing you instead of advising you, well the curly blonde woman. when u tell her something important, she is like so mad for listening. Horrible service. very rude staff
