No hello when we got to the desk or smile. It seemed like we were a real incovience. The staff were very huffy and eye-rolly. Won't be going there again, especially when we have witnessed other stores really trying to up their game and do anything they can for the customer.

One of the male staff in here is always very helpful, I wish I knew his name but other staff seem stuck up and unhelpful. Not the biggest range of products. Just make sure they take the security tags off your product, they do forget and I’ve had to return a few times to have them taken off afterwards.

Would to give 0 star if possible. HORRIBLE service. Cannot believe this is TED BAKER. Made the order on 12 July (£300+), set to collect in-store. No response ever since. Contacted customer services twice, still no any update on my order. Be careful if you are going to order from this brand.
