Sevenoaks Sound and Vision Bristol bristol

Recently bought a Denon unit online which was faulty (unusual, I know), I rang the Bristol shop and a replacement was dropped at my house the same day by them on their way home from work! Where else do you get service like that? I have been using Sevenoaks for years as I know they only stock decent stuff and their advice and support is excellent. This time that excellence was exceeded. BTW, the replacement Denon unit works perfectly. Just need a booster antenna now to fix my awful DAB reception. Thanks again guys.

Great customer service and knowledge

I can't thank Sevenoaks enough. Originally, I called a local competitor hifi store in Cardiff and asked about buying the KEF LS50 Wireless II because I wanted to save space. The assistant told me that they were not very good and I should buy a separates system instead, despite only having heard the previous model. He couldn't answer all of my questions and when I asked if I could return them if I wasn't satisfied, he said that I wouldn't be able to, unless they were faulty. In frustration I called Sevenoaks in Bristol. The Sevenoaks assistant could not have been more helpful. He told me about the features, how they sounded and answered all of my questions, without seeming to oversell them. He said I could return them within 30 days, if I ordered them online. I ordered them and they arrived within 2 days. I am delighted with them. They sound really good and there is no clutter. They play from my NAS, Tidal and have in-built Chromecast. Excellent service Sevenoaks! What a contrast.
