Recently bought a Denon unit online which was faulty (unusual, I know), I rang the Bristol shop and a replacement was dropped at my house the same day by them on their way home from work! Where else do you get service like that? I have been using Sevenoaks for years as I know they only stock decent stuff and their advice and support is excellent. This time that excellence was exceeded. BTW, the replacement Denon unit works perfectly. Just need a booster antenna now to fix my awful DAB reception. Thanks again guys.
