I was wanting to buy a pair of turtle beaches for my Xbox and they had a £24.99 sticker on I went to the counter and the gentleman said there not reduced anymore I argued my case that if they weren’t reduced they shouldn’t be out advertising that they are reduced the man said we didn’t know they still had the stickers on and he wouldn’t give me them at the reduced price I will never be shopping with them again and will email head office

I’m a regular player here the prices are fair (on weekdays) £3 or £2 i(f a member) an hour and friendly staff. But my only complaint is that they should bring back the £40 unlimited month pass or what ever it’s called.
